Psychotherapy for Adults 55+

I’m a chaplain, social worker, and therapist helping adults—especially in their later years—live more authentically and with greater self-compassion.

I work with people facing anxiety, caregiver stress, compassion fatigue, depression, relationship challenges, coming out, narcissism, major life transitions, and spiritual concerns. Whether you're navigating a change, holding space for someone else, or simply feeling stuck, you don’t have to do it alone.

This is a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect—with yourself and what matters most.

I’ve been there—personally and professionally. I understand how hard it can be to face these struggles. But I also know healing is possible. With the right support and tools, people can change. Yes, it takes work. But you are worth it.

Therapy is about becoming more whole—more in touch with your truest self. My role is to walk alongside you as you explore, heal, and grow. If you’ve ever asked yourself, Whose life have I been living?—now is the time to find out. It’s never too late.

You can’t stop the waves, but you can learn to surf.
